The Mariners will open up their 2016 campaign on the road against Saint Joseph's College of Maine on September 3, before traveling to Wheaton College for the Wheaton Invitational.
Maine Maritime Academy will host Husson University in a non-conference match on September 13, before returning to the road against Emmanuel on September 16 and traveling to Massachusetts Maritime for the Seventh Annual Maritime Classic on September 17 and 18.
The Mariners will open up North Atlantic Conference (NAC) play on September 30 against Colby-Sawyer College in a rematch of last year's NAC Championship. Maine Maritime will host Lyndon and Johnson State on October 1 for a NAC doubleheader and will wrap up the regular season at Colby on October 26.
Last season the Mariners advanced to their ninth-straight NAC title match, after going 17-12 in the regular season and 5-1 against NAC opponents. Maine Maritime defeated Castleton 3-1 in the NAC Semifinals, but fell to Colby-Sawyer 3-0 in the NAC Championship.
