Kerry Hardy will give an illustrated talk on “Old Roads Revisited,” a look at the earliest roads in the area between Belfast and Thomaston, as well as a brief introduction to the various tools available to help locate them — town histories, old military and topo maps, LIDAR, field work, and more. Annual Pumpkin Palooza outdoors at the Camden Public Library, 7:00 pm, to show off all the jack-o-lanterns in a collective showing of glowing pumpkins. Drop off your pumpkin in the children’s garden any time that day. All ages and carving talents welcome and encouraged to participate. Take your pumpkin home right after the event.

Originally from Italy, Imero Gobbato was an imaginative, talented, and prolific artist who lived and worked in Camden for many years.
