Waldoboro, Maine - Medomak River Community Market- a nonprofit Arts and Crafts cooperative located in Waldoboro Village- is excited to be kicking off its fourth season. Starting April 1st, they will be open Tuesday-Friday from 10-4 and Saturdays 12-4. The market is excited to share a little about some new members.
And Candy Too! of Boothbay will be bringing a sampling of their extensive line of small batch, handcrafted treats to the market. You might expect to find any of the following items: Peanut Butter Cups, Needhams, Peppermint Patties, Non-Pareils, English Toffee, and more. Stop in and take a chance at winning a basket of candy featuring the most popular treats- Drawing to be held April 19th.
Mainely Made Designs of Damariscotta will provide a variety of unique handmade items such as their picture frames made from lobster trap runners, suet feeders made from recycled lobster traps, and ring toss games for young and old alike.
Basket makers Weaving the Joy hand make beautiful woven baskets for all occasions- Pack Baskets to carry your goods around at a farmers markets, or Berry Baskets for collecting yummy Maine berries, Magazine Swing Arm Baskets for collecting all those magazines with the must read articles in them you haven’t got to yet, and many more including custom orders.
