Blue Hill, Maine - Nina Milliken, Community Educator for the Aroostook Mental Health Center (AMHC) will present an informative, lively and interactive workshop on how to stay safe while using social media websites, at the Blue Hill Public Library on Saturday January 25th at 1:00 PM. The talk will be geared toward children ages 10 and older, and their parents. Specific attention will be given to the security settings of Facebook as well as other topics and questions raised by the participants.
AMHC is a private, non-profit behavioral health care organization with operations in Aroostook, Hancock, and Washington Counties. No registration is necessary, and the event is free and open to the public. For more information contact Pat at 374-5515.
