LITHGOW LIBRARY TO HOST PROBATE BASICS WORKSHOP ON 11/25

Augusta, Maine - Lithgow Public Library will host a “Probate Basics” workshop on Monday, November 25 from 4-6 p.m. in the Reading Room.  Judge Susan W. Longley of the Waldo County Probate Court will give an overview of estate planning, wills and powers of attorney.  The program is free and open to the public.

      Judge Longley will help attendees become familiar with the various provisions in Maine’s three primary documents of estate planning:  advance directives for health care decision-making and financial decision-making, and wills.  There will be an opportunity to ask questions at the workshop.
