Assistant Secretary Jones is in on foreign travel to Ankara and Istanbul, Turkey from April 2 through April 10. In Ankara, Assistant Secretary Jones will co-chair the first Science and Technology Cooperation Meeting between the United States and Turkey, and participate in a panel discussion on innovation and entrepreneurship with students and faculty of the Entrepreneurship Center at Bilkent University. In Istanbul, Assistant Secretary Jones will lead the U.S. delegation to the Tenth Session of the United Nations Forum on Forests, where she will participate in a panel discussions focused on the Collaborative Partnership on Forests, Post-2015 UN development agenda, and Global Forest Watch 2.0. .
