New York City, New York - This week the 2012 USA Women's Gymnastics team are in New York City for several television appearances and sight seeing after their stellar performances at the 2012 Olympic Games in London, England. The 2012 USA Women's Gymnastics team members are Aly Raisman, Jordyn Wieber, Gabrielle Douglas, Mckayla Maroney and Kyla Ross. These five young gymnasts are referred to as "The Fierce Five" after completing at the 2012 Olympics in London, England so well. Apart of their visit to NYC not only involve several television appearances on "The Today Show", "Good Morning America", "Late Show with David Letterman", "The Colbert Report", "Anderson Cooper 360" and "Starting Point with Soledad O'Brien" as a team. Gabrielle Douglas visited Jay Leno on Monday night along with the first lady. They had time as a team to do fun things like ringing the closing bell at the New York Stock Exchange and visiting Empire State Building, where they lit the building up to shine in red, white and blue tonight in honor of the amazing USA athletes that brought home 104 medals.

The 2012 USA Women's Gymnastics team while at the Olympic games in London, England won team final gold, Gabrielle Douglas all around gold, Aly Raisman floor exercise gold and bronze in balance beam, McKayla Maroney silver in vault. All the 2012 USA Women's Gymnastics did a wonderful during the Olympic games in London, England. Keep your eyes on these amazing young athletes as they put everything into the sport of Gymnastics.
